 Using this site implies acceptance of the terms and conditions below. We recommend reading these carefully. SC ATASAGON SRL assumes the right to modify these provisions without further notification.   The entire content of the website https://atasagon.com/ – images, texts, graphics, symbols, web graphic elements, scripts, programs and other data – is the property of SC ATASAGON SRL and its suppliers and is protected by the Law of the author and the laws regarding intellectual and industrial property. The use without the written consent of SC ATASAGON SRL of any elements listed above is punishable according to the laws in force.

The maximum amount of damages that can be paid by SC ATASAGON SRL to any customer in case of non-delivery or improper delivery is the amount collected by SC ATASAGON SRL from this customer.

  Regardless of the way of sending the order (on the website, by e-mail, by phone, by another method) the acceptance of this order, therefore the conclusion of the agreement of will and the contract of sale and purchase is made when the client signs the accompanying tax invoice the product. The tax invoice takes the place of a sales-purchase contract. The launch of the order, the automatic e-mail that is sent after receiving the order and the telephone discussions, by e-mail and by any other methods, with the staff of SC ATASAGON SRL, do not constitute firm acceptance of the order and therefore do not signify the conclusion of the contract at a distance.

4. Limitation of liability for prices

  The prices shown include VAT (19%), but do not include delivery costs, unless this is expressly specified on the website. The purchase price printed on the invoice will be the same as that established by the sales consultant at the time of order confirmation as the firm order or, in the case of orders with online payment directly by credit card, this price will be the one published on the website at the time of purchase. There is no minimum order price limit.

5. Limitation of liability for delivery

   SC ATASAGON SRL reserves the right to confirm orders before honoring them by contacting customers.

   SC ATASAGON SRL reserves the right to delay or cancel deliveries of ordered products if they cannot be honored for reasons independent of SC ATASAGON SRL, which include: fires, explosions, floods, epidemics, strikes, government actions, wars, acts of terrorism, protests, riots, civil disturbances or other force majeure impediments, according to the usages of Romanian law. If the customer is not found at the mentioned address, within the time interval established by mutual agreement, our courier will return once more after reestablishing contact with the customer, at which time the order will be canceled and the product returned to the headquarters, the customer following to bear the costs of a new delivery, regardless of the value of the products ordered.

6. Limitation of liability for payment

  Payment for the products ordered according to this Customer Agreement can be made in advance or upon delivery of the products. SC ATASAGON SRL reserves the right to request payment of products in advance in certain cases. Advance payment can be made by postal order or payment order; proof of payment must be sent to SC ATASAGON SRL at the e-mail address hello@atasagon.com

 The delivery will be made only after the money has entered the account of SC ATASAGON SRL. Payment in advance is also considered payment with the help of the online credit card. In this case, SC ATASAGON SRL will ask the electronic payment processor to confirm the security and validity of the transaction and will also carry out additional checks where necessary, before delivering the products. The ordered products must be paid in full, otherwise the delivery will not be made.

7. Limitation of liability for product warranty

  The products bought through this site benefit from the guarantee practiced by the supplier of each individual brand, in compliance with the legal provisions in force. Thus, each product will be accompanied by the manufacturer's warranty certificate, which directly or through its representatives provides service for the respective product.

8. Limitation of Liability for User Comments

SC ATASAGON SRL reserves the right not to publish on the website comments with illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory content, which in any way disturbs the private life of other people, violate intellectual property rights, contain viruses, texts regarding various promotional campaigns, chain letters, mass emails or any other form of spam.

   SC ATASAGON SRL will not bear the responsibility nor will it be obliged to pay any kind of compensation for any form of damage caused by such comments or communications. In case of sending some materials/documents, other than those related to the process of buying/selling some products, it is considered that the user grants SC ATASAGON SRL and its affiliates/associates the non-exclusive, unlimited, free, irrevocable and retransmissible right to use them , reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, as well as the right to distribute it anywhere in the world, by any means.

  The user guarantees that he has all the rights to the content he transmits to be published on the site, by any means, so that, by using this content, he does not cause harm to any person. SC ATASAGON SRL does not assume any responsibility regarding the possible damages caused by the use of the content of these comments by the users of the site, they being offered under the same limitation of responsibility as the rest of the content on the site.

10. The right to return products

  The customer has the right to notify SC ATASAGON SRL in writing that he renounces the purchase, without penalties and without citing a reason, within 10 working days from the receipt of the product or, in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract, by returning the this term of the product purchased in the original packaging, with all accessories and without showing any signs of damage or wear, the customer bearing the shipping costs according to Romanian laws. This right cannot be invoked in the case of products picked up from our premises or those delivered directly by our staff to the customer or for which the test or installation was done.

Regarding detoxification programs:

  If you want to change the reservation, this can be done with a minimum 7 days before the start date of the program, but on the condition that it is within the validity period of the offer. If you do not give us a new date for the program, the grace period expires and the amount paid for the program is GRANT. You can cancel the reservation up to 14 days before arrival; in this case, the amount paid for the program will be returned. If you cancel less than 14 days until the start of the program, the amount paid is GRANT.

  If the reservation is made with max 3 days before the start of the program, you will make the full payment at the time of booking, GRANT.

11. Disputes and final dispositions

  Any other problem caused by the products and services presented on SC ATASAGON SRL or by the information presented on this site and which is not already covered by any article in this document, will be resolved amicably within 30 working days from the date written reporting of problems by the user. In the event that the conflict was not resolved amicably, the jurisdiction rests with the Romanian courts, the parties choosing the jurisdiction of the courts within the Brasov municipality. The customer fully assumes these risks once he expresses his agreement to this Customer Agreement.

12. Promotions, contests, raffles and discounts

   SC ATASAGON SRL does not grant/accept the cumulation of discounts/discounts for customers except in special situations where they are communicated/negotiated by the company's representatives.

Products already on promotion cannot bear another discount, except in special situations communicated/negotiated directly with the seller.
