Over time, various studies and practices have confirmed that <strong><u>detoxification helps to remove physical, emotional and energetic blockages.<\/u><\/strong> With these blockages removed, the primal energy we all possess can flow freely through the system again, allowing the body to heal itself.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What does a day of any Atasagon detox program look like?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At 8:00 a.m. you will be warmly welcomed by our team who will introduce you to the center. Our detox assistants will perform the body analysis using the professional Tanita device.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At 9:30 a.m., every day, there will be alternating Yoga or Easy Fitness classes that will energize your body, stimulate the elimination of toxins, improve your flexibility and relax your mind.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the time interval 11:00-15:30 you will be able to enjoy time for yourself in the relaxation areas, to rest both physically and mentally, you will have at your disposal the wet and infrared sauna and an entire library or you can choose to you schedule a colem session or other well-being therapies and treatments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the time interval 13:30-15:30 the relaxation continues and you can enjoy our well-being therapies. Our assistants and therapists are always at your disposal. Do you feel like being pampered in a Turkish bath, experiencing a massage with volcanic stones or rather a refreshing and hydrating facial?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At 12:00 you can take part in our presentations on nutrition, emotional development, essential oils and Kangen water through which we want to bring you as close as possible all the information you need to take the first step towards change.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At 15:30 we delight you with Forest Bathing because Poalele T\u00e2mpei offers the ideal opportunity to immerse yourself for an hour in the fresh air and consciously connect with nature through your senses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Between 15:30-20:00 you can still enjoy everything the center has to offer.
